OK.  You want to rank us 4th because you question our pass defense against a ranked team.  No argument.  But, when all the talk for the last two weeks coming out about the committee is how the number of games played doesn't matter, but then they put their favorite team who happens to have a loss ahead of an undefeated team that's ranked ahead of them by everyone else; the answer given by their own Mouth of Sauron is that "Well, Clemson played more games."  It just leads me to still believe that they come up with their rankings first, and then spend all their time shaping a narrative to fit their rankings.  Not just this year either.  I've felt that way in the past too.  I even believe it benefitted us one year when they ripped off Penn State and put us in ahead of them.
