Who were some of your favorite college players that never donned the scarlet & gray?
For offense, I'd say Michael Vick. I don't think there was anyone who had his speed plus the cannon he possessed. I can only imagine the numbers he would've put up had he played in modern day spread/RPO offenses.
On defense, I'd say Ndamukong Suh. Easily the most dominant interior D-Lineman I've seen at the collegiate level, even more than Big Daddy Wilkerson. His performance in the Big 12 Championship game against Texas in 2009 is legendary. 12 tackles, 6 for a loss, 4 and a half sacks, and at least a dozen QB pressures. He nearly cost the Longhorns an appearance in the title game by himself.
