They are allowing elite college & HS players to have agents.

They are allowing undrafted players to return.

It looks to me as if they are taking on AAUU in regards to shoe contracts.

I saw something about coaches & all the way up the chain being required to cooperate with investigations as part of their contracts.

A lot of big stuff in here.
