The O'Korn versus Michigan fans thread got me thinking.  UM fans, obviously The Worst.  Also Penn State (tie).

But who are second best?

I nominate Nebraska fans.  The Cornhuskers are also-rans at best now, but did you know they've sold out every home game dating all the way back to 1962?  Plus you never really hear about riots or violence after their games.  Buckeye fans are awesome & we're definitely the best but that is a mark against us, in my view.  The riots.
