Scott Frost used rotating WR's in 2017 to average 48.2 ppg in 2017. #1 in FBS. UCF passed for 4017 yards They used 5 Freshman in their rotation - 3 in the regular rotation - (2 Freshman had limited action 12 combined catches for 177 yards) Each of UCF's rotated WR slots had more than 1000 yards. Nebraska will have the same OC, Troy Walters. He had been heavily recruiting Juco WR's. Walter calls the system "Wide Receivers by Committee". UCF and tOSUrun/pass ratio is about the same - about 55/45. UCF is not "pass happy". They threw the ball 389 times last year. We threw it 423 times. Question for the day: Is it possible that rotating WR's is a GOOD thing? And that Meyer designed it, then Frost knew a winner when he saw it.
