The FSU hearing for Jameis Winston has been postponed to December. This means that Winston will remain on the team for the rest of the season (including playoffs) regardless of the decision as he will be able to appeal any adverse ruling. Even if the judge finds him guilty of misconduct he will not face any consequences, other than possible expulsion from the baseball team.
