Aaron Thomas becomes the fourth offensive lineman in Ohio State’s 2026 class.
Wyoming @ Michigan State- Wyoming is 3-1, but they lost to Oregon by 34 and are are averaging less than 20 points a game on offense. Expecting a 35-14 Sparty win.
South Florida @ Wisconsin- Melvin Gordon over 200 yards rushing again, Badgers win 29- 13
Iowa @ Purdue- if watching 2 piss poor QB's throwing to slow tight ends, 3 downs and punt offense with runs off tackle in front of 40,000 fans is your thing, this is the game for you. I won't watch a minute of Iowa getting a 20-17 road win.
Northwestern @ Penn State- if this game were in Chicago, I'd be tempted to pick the Wildcats. This is a game that Penn State has typically struggled in and Northwestern has played up for, but Northwestern has really fallen on hard times offensively. Penn State 33- 17 on a couple of 4th quarter TD's.
Tulane @ Rutgers- Tulane is 1-3 and just lost to Duke by 34. Rutgers run game controls things, and the Scarlet Knights win 28- 10.
Maryland @ Indiana- which Indiana team shows up? This could be a 42-41 kind of game. Indiana Running Back Coleman has 66 carries for 569 yards (8.6 y.p.c.) and 6 TDs, but I think Maryland has too much offense. Terps 42-41.
Minnesota @ Michigan- Week 5 and this may be a must win, if Michigan wants to become Bowl Eligible. Michigan has a good defense, just no help from their offense. Minnesota doesn't have the team talent Michigan does. I expect the Wolverines to rally around Hoke, use their backup QB and win. Kill is a much better coach than Hoke, but the athletes will decide this one. Wolverines eat the Gophers 24-17.
Cincinnati @ Ohio State- like the matchup for the Buckeyes. They will get a spirited test from UC. uC's spotty defense will allow OSU to work on things offensively, and UC's passing game will help OSU work on their pass defense. Not worried about the final score of this one, just want the W. Buckeyes win 38-21.
Illinois @ Nebraska- Amir Abdullah officially enters the Heisman Race with another 150+ yards on the ground. I think Nebraska's QB Armstrong is definitely getting better, as is the Big Red option game. Illinois QB may get sacked 10+ times. Huskers 42-10.
