Hey 11w - I'm taking a remote position for the first time in my career and was wondering if any of you remote work veterans could share some tips, tricks, dos and don'ts. I'm leaving a job (same company) that was quite demanding 24/7, and the new role is extremely flexible while only 8 hours a day, M-F. Couldn't be more excited for that.
The wife and I are tempted to go live somewhere we have always wanted to for a year or two, or we might move straight back to Ohio. We have a son under the age of 1 which is a big factor as well. But we are excited about the opportunity!
