Hello. Late September solo outing. Only three nights. Looking to stay under $200 a night, but can go up to $300. Prado Museum, Gran Via, Plaza Major, Retiro Park, and Templo de Debod are some of the activities that I'm considering. Don't need parking. Would prefer a hotel with a solid restaurant, and room service would be a plus. Any suggestions? Thank you.
