Hello. I bought a Dell EBT 2250. It came with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card. 32 GB RAM. Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. Windows 11 home.

Dual monitor setup. Main monitor connected to HDMI port on back of tower. Dual monitor connected to Thunderbolt port with USB C to HDMI cable.

I've been using it for about 10 days. The screens have gone dark twice. When that happens, you can't use the keyboard or mouse. The only thing you can do is to power off. Windows boots into safe mode and gives you the option to restart, which fixes the problem.

Looking for a solution. Updated NVIDIA drivers today. But started to question whether it was even using the NVIDIA graphics card. Opened Task Manager, looked at Performance tab and I don't see ANY activity for "GPU 1," which is NVIDIA. "GPU 0," which is "Intel(R) Graphics," has activity. That activity goes up if I open another program. NVIDIA does nothing.

Any idea what's wrong? If you have a potential fix, it would be nice if you could go step by step in plain English. I don't game, but I would presumably get better performance from the NVIDIA, and I paid for it after all.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
