Hello. Take Bitcoin for example. There are markets for: BTC/USD, BTC/USDC, and BTC/USDT. Which market are you supposed to use? Also, if, for whatever reason,  you don't use the USD market, how do you get your money in USD when you want to sell? Thank you.
