Just found out yesterday my 85 lb Pit Mix tore her ACL and will most likely require surgery.  Anyone have any experience with this?  I have no idea how she even tore it.  She was fine Monday morning, then limping Monday afternoon.  Vet said the surgery is minor but I freak out any time one of my 'kids" has to go through something.  Just curious if anyone here can give me some insight on what to expect?  Thanks.
