My 5 year old decided he wants to play tee ball this year, a development I’m pretty pumped about as it’s the sport I know the best (I played baseball for 12 years and it was my favorite/what I was best at). I, however, haven’t played or coached since I was just out of high school. I signed up to be an assistant coach thinking I would get a year to break back in but they need 2 more head coaches and there are 4 possible guys who could do it. Should I volunteer? Anyone have any stories they’d like to share? Positive, negative, or otherwise?  Any advice if I do volunteer?
