Just thought I would pass along that a local chef (for Clevelanders) will be on an episode of Chopped tonight. If anyone is familiar with the food truck "Hatfield's Goode Grub" which has a restaurant now as well, the owner Ken Hatfield (yes that Hatfield) will have his episode aired tonight from what I hear.

Hatfield's Goode Grub began as (and still is) a food truck and catering business. After one season the business started to out grow its small kitchen. Expansion became inevitable. Chef Ken Hatfield ( a decendent of the infamous Hatfields from the famous American family feud between the Hatfields and McCoys) has been a chef for 25 years. He has experienced the world aboard a hospital ship and has been a chef at the House of Blues (Chicago) and The Hard Rock Cafe.
