I have been trying for about three weeks to change my avatar/profile picture. As you can see, I was able to remove my old Yoda picture, but as I try to add my new picture I keep getting a message about being blocked by 11W. There is a message about Cloudfare blocking access. (Cloudflare Ray ID: 34bf7a9fe297510a).

I have tried to contact 11W directly, but no replies. I have emailed two different Mods, again no replies. I have checked old posts only to find that, "There are rules that need to be followed," but have been unable to find those rules.

What I have been able to pull together:

I have a cold bottle of Zima, a bowl of Skittles, and a handful of Jolly Ranchers.

I have cleaned the toilet in my own PL, but don't tell the Mrs. Major H or I'll be doing all of them.
