Because I do not engage in these type of forums so I do not know the rules. I modified the header and message in order to help out my dad.  It would appear the MOD EDIT removed my ability for me or anyone else from replying. I still think someone on this board would love to acquire this plate but if it is inappropriate or if I'm wrong then I apologize.
