So just found out today from one orthopedic surgeon that I have a complete rupture in my bicep.  If I worked a desk job it wouldn't be a big deal.  However I work in a warehouse and looking to be out of work for an extended amount of time.  Which blows, but thankfully I have short and long term disability to hopefully keep something rolling in income-wise.  Puts a damper on coaching wrestling for the first month or two of the season at the high school I am at, but it is what it is.  Anyone else in here ever go through this BS?  I have read the articles online, so I have a vague idea, but I'd love for someone else to tell me, "It's not gonna be that bad"....and mean it.  Lol.
