Stumbled across this and have been waiting for the right time to post.  I wasn't aware that adult advent calendars were made.  With that said I present the bourbon advent calendar.  I've not received one as of yet but am strongly considering it for an early Christmas present for the little brother next year.  Might be a good way for some of us with less whiskey experience to give some a try.  As Ramzy noted yesterday you don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a good bottle only to realize its not its not to your liking.  I saw this around the beginning of December and it was already sold out.  I'm guessing you'd need to get in early to get one.
