I f'd up last week and didn't fire up the smoker for the first time this season, decided to grill burgers instead. No Q = no W possibly or it could have just been Beck's fault, anyways I'm not taking any chances today.
Just finished Rubbing down a 8.5lb bone in Boston Butt, going to smoke it at 300 degrees, should take around 6 1/2 to 7hrs to cook, time for some Pulled Pork and a W.
