So, ran across this: https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWars/comments/3qvj6w/theory_jar_jar_binks_was_a_trained_force_user/ on Reddit's Star Wars page, and it makes an astonishing amount of sense, especially coupled with comments Ahmed Best (the actor who played Jar Jar) made about the story being changed due to negative reaction to the character in Episode I.  Yes, it is one of the silliest conspiracy theories I've ever read, but if its true, it just made the prequels dozens of times better.
