sometimes I get bored with having turkey every Thanksgiving, so I like to switch it up. So I was thinking how about a black jersey giant,

These chickens supposedly are large for a chicken and have a lot of meat on them. Has anyone tried a black jersey giant? I wonder how good they taste.
