As the Football season nears I think I need  to upgrade my TV. I am not what you'd call tech savoy so I thought I'd ask around to get some helpful info on buying a TV. My current TV is a 55" LG Plasma Smart TV. I've had it for 6 years and like it but with the falling prices on TVs I'm very interested in upgrade. I'd like to go bigger but not bigger than 70". Probably not willing to spend more than $1600. Any recommendation on brands? Specs? Great places for deals?
