I took the wife and daughter to see the new Terminator Genesis movie last night at the AMC Dublin. WOW! Before i even sat down to watch the previews and opening credits, my Visa card was already on fire to the tune of 45 bucks for 3 seats and almost 40 bucks for sodas, popcorn, and candy. WTF!?!?!?

Overall, I thought the movie was a bit long but still entertaining. I wouldn't have watched if Arnold wasn't in it and his role was pretty good with the obligatory "I'll be back" and "GET-OUT!"

The story was properly in line the other three real Terminator movies: Terminator, Judgement day, and Rise of the machines, so it fits in, but I wish they could have used the real Reece or at least cast a less douchy replacement. Sara Connor's actress was damn near spot on though and HOTT!.  Using the real film or uncanny CGI from T-1, it was cool to see the original young Arnold in there. They should have done the same for when Reece returned too though.
