If your familiar or not my city is in the middle of a 10 day rodeo called the Calgary stampede, it's full of drunk orgy's and fake urban Cowboys however it also has the largest purse annually on the rodeo circuit (so some legitimacy).  During these 10 days ppl like to go ahead and do stupid things and this is one of them.  If you've watched the movie UP or even seen the preview you probably asked yourself, somebody someday will be stupid enough to do it, well ladies and gentleman I give you Exhibit A
