The post on prop bets for the National Championship had me thinking about forums for online sports betting. It's something I've long contemplated but I'm not clear on what's legal or who is eligible to participate in the US.

I often see odds posted by Bovada. Do they host a legitimate site gambling site? As a VA resident (soon to be TX), am I eligible?
