Michigan redshirt freshman quarterback Brandon Peters left Saturday's 24-10 loss at Wisconsin on a cart after suffering a head injury in the third quarter.

Peters boarded an ambulance at Camp Randall and went to the hospital for tests and treatment. His replacement, senior John O'Korn, finished the game 2 for 8 for 19 yards, with 3 rushes for 2 yards on the ground.

Harbaugh confirmed postgame Peters would fly home with the team. As of now, his status for the Ohio State game is uncertain. Harbaugh will probably won't clarify it throughout the week.

Though the Wolverine offense has rarely looked like a well-oiled machine in 2017, Peters had been a noticeable upgrade on O'Korn, who will start next Saturday should the freshman be unable to go against the Buckeyes.
