As you might have heard: The Big Ten took it on the nose last weekend. Outside of Michigan State, Michigan and Ohio State all being dealt primetime losses, Northwestern lost to Northern Illinois, a MAC school.
Northern Illinois is actually 3-0 in their last three dates with Big Ten schools. That's a mark only Michigan State and Iowa can match.
So please, Illinois, just turn the other cheek here. We can't afford another loss to NIU.
