Another day, another dollar.

I hope y'all approach today with as much swagger as this fellow approached this $1 million question.

Song of the Day: "Love Like This" by Ben Rector.

Word of the Day: Puerile.

MAKING HISTORY. If a Buckeye defender is selected among the top-five picks in next Thursday's NFL Draft, Ohio State will make some NFL Draft history.

Said differently, if the NFL Draft takes place, Ohio State will make some NFL Draft history.

Shaun Wade, you're on deck. No pressure.

AIMING HIGH. I am willing to publish the bold prediction that Chase Young will record multiple sacks during his NFL career – that's right, multiple – and he's already got his sights set at the top.

He's probably going to get his shot, because the Redskins do indeed play the Ravens this season, and I personally wouldn't bet against him. Lamar Jackson's fast and slippery, but if there's anyone who's going to hunt him down, it's The Predator incarnate.

Personally, I'm fascinated to see how his rookie numbers compare to our favorite bear brothers. They both had some of the best rookie seasons ever at any position. That seems like an absurd standard for Chase Young, but I also know what his final college season looked like in comparison to theirs, and it was somehow better than theirs.

Needless to say, if I were a man willing to bet hard-earned dollars on something as frivolous as a NFL Rookie of the Year future (gambling prospects are dire right now, I wouldn't judge) I would confidently, confidently roll with Chase Young.

THE REAL RECRUITING RACE. Forget the team recruiting rankings. Ohio State is damn near lapping the field and is probably going to be adding another five-star or three. To quote Brent Musburger, "this baby's over, this race."

The real question at this point is much more fascinating – will the Buckeyes finish with more top-10 recruits or top-10 recruiters? Because right now, it's looking way too close to call.

Personally, I'm hoping for a tie at 10, but I guess I'd reluctantly settle for a tie at five.

DELUSION IS STRONG WITH THEM. I generally think it's unhealthy to ignore reality, but I'm perfectly fine with Michigan doing it, because it yields hilarious results, like this masterpiece of a Tweet from offensive coordinator Josh Gattis.

It's funny because Ohio State's scored on 17 of the last 23 drives and dropped more than 50 points on Don Brown's defense in consecutive years. We're getting to the point that if Michigan tried to fire him, I might try to crowdfund his salary to keep him around.

Anyway, turns out, the only thing softer than Gattis' football team is his skin.

To be fair, it was probably the right call. But I was just taken aback by what might be the most successful Michigan blocking attempt I've seen in quite some time.
