Welcome to The Hurry-Up, which runs Sunday through Thursday, serving as your last stop for recruiting news and notes nightly. We'll recap the day as it happened and preview the days ahead while keeping our ear to the ground on the Ohio State recruiting scene.

WEEK IN REVIEW

Here's a look back at a few of the items we talked about this week on Eleven Warriors.

GATOR-AID

It has been long known that Will Muschamp was on the hot seat at Florida. From its linemen blocking each other (not once but twice) to last year's loss to Georgia Southern, fans were livid at Muschamp and wanted him gone. On Sunday morning, Florida fans got their wish.

Knowing that Muschamp will not return can actually help Florida to save the recruits already in the class. Coaches do not have to reassure them about Muschamp's job status any more, and the athletic department can start searching for a new coach right away.

While Muschamp's firing could have positives, the Florida staff has to communicate with Gator commits clearly to reassure them. "I am really trying to process things right now," one commit told Eleven Warriors. "I really like him as a coach and a man. I'm just waiting to speak with the staff and I'm talking things out with my family."

Florida commits and recruits are in a flux right now. Without a coach going forward, Florida's staff will have to recruit players on the school, which leaves them less to pitch.

Now that Muschamp is gone, expect the Ohio State staff to recruit Florida even more heavily. Some of the state's best recruits may be looking elsewhere now that Florida is in transition, and Columbus could be a landing spot for some of them. It is going to be interesting to see how this plays out.

JUDSON STILL THINKING OSU VISIT

The class of 2017 could be another top five class for Ohio State and Urban Meyer. With Danny Clark already in the fold, Meyer is looking to fill out other skill positions on on the offense. Look no further than Bruce Judson.

Judson, a class of 2017 athlete, is the teammate of current Buckeye commit Jamel Dean. Hailing from Cocoa, Fla., Judson and Dean play for a 10-1 team that is ready for the second round of the playoffs.

"It has been a good season," Judson told Eleven Warriors. "We have the second round of playoffs coming next week. I am really focused on the rest of the season. I am getting better and better each week."

With the playoffs in full swing, recruiting has taken a back burner for Judson. He is focused on the rest of the season and winning in the playoffs. Judson did provide an update for his recruitment and when he could visit Ohio State.

"Ohio State is still number one," Judson said about his leaders. "I am hoping to get to Ohio State on Nov. 29 for The Game. My mom and I are trying to get [there]."

Ohio State has been Judson's top school throughout the process, and he hopes to make an early decision. If he makes the trip to Columbus and the visit goes well, the Buckeyes should be in a good place to land the star athlete.

COOPER ONE OF OHIO'S BEST

On Friday, Ohio State got a commitment from four-star defensive end Jonathon Cooper, one of Ohio's top juniors. Cooper is rated as the tenth best prospect in Ohio, and all four current members of Ohio State's 2016 class are Ohioans.

BuckeyeGrove.com analyst Marc Givler broke the news about Cooper's commitment, not an enormous surprise given Givler's close ties to Cooper and his family. He has had the chance to see Cooper up close and personal - and regularly - throughout his high school career, and this is what he had to say about Cooper.

Cooper well get a chance to play, and if all goes well at Ohio State he may play early. The coaching staff has done a good job of keeping Ohio's best.

JUSTIN HILLIARD SHOWING SOME LOVE

DJ took us on a tour of the few Buckeye fans that were bashing Jalin Marshall yesterday during the game. Many people supported Jalin, including 2015 linebacker commit Justin Hilliard. Hilliard showed his support of Jalin and showed the brotherhood that Buckeyes players are.

While Hilliard may have been feeling nostalgic and waxing poetic in a tweet about Marshall, he and his St. Xavier are still in the play-offs and Justin wasn't feeling so lovable on Saturday afternoon. Watch this hit he put on Colerain's quarterback Saturday.
