Andrew Dakich, son of ESPN's professional basketball knower Dan Dakich, completed the rare transfer from Michigan to Ohio State this offseason.
Though the Basketbucks went 17-15 last year and fired Thad Matta, the elder Dakich has already looked into his crystal ball and seen great things for Chris Holtmann's team.
Tuesday, Dakich tabbed Ohio State to make the Final Four... of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament... along with Michigan State, Duke, and Arizona.
Though Dakich tabbed Michigan State to emerge as the champion, Dakich was the only ESPN analyst in a field of 26 to predict the Buckeyes to the semifinals.
Though Ohio State ultimately fell short in Dakich's prophecy, Ohio State fans would undoubtedly accept a trip to the Final Four given the state of the program in Matta's final years.
