Well leave it to us to blow this tiny tweet out of proportion. But I'd bet he was talking about something pretty tiny compared to stadium expansion. It got our attention for sure.

I really do not think it will be the lights, if there is anything at all to the guys text in the first place.
I thought the lights did not cost tOSU anything as the games were televised night games and the TV channel broadcasting the game was paying for them.
It makes more sense if they are trying to cut dow on Big Ten TV network costs as the lights would already be in. I really do not think the text that started all of this has any real legs, but heck it is a looooong time until August.
Just like with every single recruit that is followed here, everyone is reading way to much into his tweet. All we're doing is setting ourselves up to be dissapointed.
Right now, we have night games at OSU and we only haven't had them in November because the conference had a rule against it and it costs OSU absolutely nothing. If we put lights on, we have to spend money on them. The only reason we would spend the money to get them there would be a) more likely to get ESPN/ABC/etc to schedule us as a night game because it will be cheaper for them (or at least more profitable than before when they had to foot the bill for lights) or b) the BTN wants to have us host night games and them paying for temporary lights is just shooting our revenue/profit sharing in the foot.

What I'm saying is we already get night games and when we do the television (at least Disney/ESPN/ABC) company pays for the lights. So why would we buy lights that we don't need. It's all about money, always, so we must have something else. Or the BTN, who doesn't have as much money, and the money they do have is really in a way, ours anyway, must not want to pay to put up temporary lights for November night games that they want to carry.

The more I think about it the more I doubt stadium expansion and lights. Stadium expansion would take a tremendous amount of capital and paperwork. Something would have been leaked by now if that were to happen. As for lights, right now it costs nothing for the University to have lights (thank you ABC/ESPN). Why spend $ where you dont have to?
There just isnt alot in the tweet to go off of.
My speculative points...
With St. Johns is getting ready to be removed... How could that affect the Shoe?
Annoucement of a home and away with 'Bama?
An escalator installed from Varsity club to C deck.
Tunnel network connecting the Shoe, St. Johns, The Schott, and WHAC. (Doomsday Preppers?)
I'm saying stadium expansion. But a two game series with Alabama would be amazing. Maybe we can schedule it in November so Bama can drop Georgia Southern.

Or C.) Urban wants night games, and Urban gets what he wants.
