Saturday, will *ark the 112th ti*e Ohio State has faced *ichigan on the field of play. What *akes the ga*e even *ore special is that it will be the first ti*e that Urban *eyer will face new Wolverine coach Ji* Harbaugh on the sidelines. *ichigan largely do*inated this epic rivalry in its early stages (12-0-2, between 1897-1912 and 46-46-4 since 1918). However, since the leather football era (1950-present) the overall record is 35-30-2 (Good Guys). Overall, *ichigan's all-ti*e record against Ohio State appears to be shrinking at a rapid pace much to the delight of Buckeye fans (58-46-6). I for one, cannot wait until that glorious day when Ohio State triu*phantly surpasses that landfill up north in series wins.

Today is Thanksgiving, and in light of this glorious holiday, I felt it *ore than appropriate to give you another option in tickling your taste buds. Well co*e no further 11 dubbers, I'm here to teach you how to properly kill, cook, and eat a wolverine (*eatchicken). Well there's a GOOD reason they refer to the wolverine as "stink bear", and for *ost galloping gour*et's, they can't get past the s*ell far enough to even consider bringing even a hind quarter into the kitchen. That *akes him grillin' fare at best. And depending (only a little bit) whether you have tagged a young fe*ale or a randy old boar, the s*ell may be *ore or less tolerable, even out on the deck during a heavy snowfall.

To help ta*e down what *ight be an otherwise overwhelming odor which can do*inate senses LONG before your taste buds ever get up the nerve to take that first bite, I reco**end a recipe so popular with the Hawaiians that they literally ate the Hawaiian Wolverine right into extinction. Consider this: Cube about one pound of the *ore tender cuts and roll the* in 1/4 cup of flour. Brown the cubes in *argarine, butter, or olive oil. Once browned, add 1/2 cup of boiling water and si**er in a frying pan until tender.

After the *eat is cooked and tender, add two chopped green peppers, 1/2 cup of drained pineapple chunks, and part of a chopped purple onion to taste. Continue to si**er *eat with other ingredients. Then add to a saucepan 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of corn starch, 1/4 cup of *ild vinegar, 1/4 cup of sugar, one heaping teaspoon of instant coffee, and ground pepper to taste. (The pineapple juice, coffee, and vinegar help to work out any ga*iness in the *eat.) (So*e like to throw in a *inced jalapeno pepper as well. *ake *ine without.) Heat contents of saucepan over low heat and continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Pour sauce over *eat and si**er a few *inutes to allow the *eat to absorb the flavors of the sauce *ix. This recipe will serve six. The next ti*e you cook it, you *ay have to double the ingredients to serve 12.

Have an aweso*e Thanksgiving and BEAT *ichigan!
