No doubt. Nice work on this.
Yeah, I know right Alex more time on my hands and need to get my head off of it. Just added Hunter Bivin was also offered today.
Fantastic work, thank you.
are all of these offered or just people being recruited even without offers?
Favorite Buckeye: Obvi BJ Mullens
90% of these are offered and listed, next to their names I've put Verbal, as in Verbal Offer, the other kids listed are who have taken unofficial visits but not offered, like todays Junior Day for example and the next Junior day set for Feb. 17th
ah ok, thanks!
Favorite Buckeye: Obvi BJ Mullens
Agreed
nice work thanks for the update!
Please tell me 5'1" is a mistype for igwebuike. Never seen him play but I can't imagine an offer to a 5'1 185 pound guy.
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
that is snooki-esque...... She looks like the state flower of Ohio.... The Orange Traffic Barrel....
triv,
yes it is according to scoutingohio.com he is listed at 6'0 190lbs
Yep just checked it out myself, thanks
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
Yeah 5'11' my bad
hey, what is Jalin's skill set like? times, etc?
The funny thing about this list is that because we can only take 15-17 recruits next year, our leftovers will still be legit 4 stars in Ohio that will inevitably go to tsun. They'll inevitably make it seem like Hoke has opened Ohio wide open, but in reality, it'll be that whoever they get didn't make our cut, most likely. Callling it now.
Alex, when do you think Woodard may commit? Hasn't it been speculated he'll make his decision before his senior year? Think he may be the next 2013 commit?
Jalin:
40: 4.40
Bench Max: 235 lbs
Squat Max: 560 lbs
Shuttle: 4.2 secs
Vertical: 35 inches
Once Jalin Marshall finds a seam, forget about catching him. He’ll probably end up at either running back or wide receiver, and with his type of skill-set and rare natural ability and athleticism, he could be a perfect fit as a Percy Harvin-type of playmaker in Meyer’s spread offense.
Just added the following names for an unofficial visit set for the next Junior Day on the 18th
QB Brogan Roback (Toledo, OH)
OL Sean Welsh (Springboro, OH)
OL Steve Mathie (Canton, OH)
OL Tate Leavitt (Thornville, OH)
OL Ben Flick (Hamilton, OH)
I wonder if Urban is making OL a priority in this class lol, thanks for info Gene!
Favorite Buckeye: Obvi BJ Mullens
Anytime :D
Just out of curiousity.... was Lovell Peterson Braxtons center his senior year, or was he a backup at that time?
Favorite Buckeye: Obvi BJ Mullens
With Ohio State recruiting nationally like never before seen, it's inevitable that Ohio players will go unrecruited and off to play up north. The fortunate thing is that Meyer should be able to choose which players he takes.
Indeed he was Braxton's center during his senior year at Huber Heights
Gotta think Peterson is all but a lock then, unless him and Braxton randomly didnt get along or something.
Favorite Buckeye: Obvi BJ Mullens
They got along great. Lovell is a Buckeye if offered.
could be more than 15-17 depending on medical hardships or if anyone else gets sick of the micky workouts and wants to transfer lol
Henry Poggi looks like the kid from Two and a Half Men.
I also think it's interesting how many recruits overlap with TTUN's recruiting targets for 2013.
i want courtney "cobain killer" love.
thee ohio state university: thee best damn institution in the land... and our president wears a bow tie, which is the epitome of elderly masculinity.
How many 'ships will be available for 2013 after graduations?
BrOhioGate - if you're not wasted, the day is.
GSW, thanks a lot for those stats, the speed and squat max stand out to me the most. Gonna be tough to catch, and if he is caught, that leg drive should get him an extra 5-10 yards..... awesome
Thanks Alex. As always, keep up the good work!
BrOhioGate - if you're not wasted, the day is.
This looks oddly familiar? Although thanks for some of the additions and adjustments to their list.
Thanks for all the "hard work" GSW! Seriously, thanks.
Peacha
I believe Malik Zaire and Eli Woodard will be Buckeyes. #AbeLincoln #FiveBucks
Marc Givler @MarcGivlerBG
Outstanding junior DB #EliWoodard @EliWoodard_9 has finalized plans to make an unofficial visit to #OhioState next Thursday #buckeyes
Personally, I think he commits when he visits.
I don't think so Hayze,
Thanks for the updates guys
OSU has contacted Cali TE Marcus Baugh but not offered yet.
http://247sports.com/Player/Marcus-Baugh-14773
Jake Raulerson has committed to Texas, he is pretty much off the board
Daniel McMillan is off the board as well, has commited to Florida
I have added
LB Holland Fisher (Midlothian, Virginia)
LB Alex Anzalone (Reading, Pennsylvania)
for unofficial visits
DE Frank Herron has been offered by OSU
Have there been any talk of James Quick yet the WR out of Louisville, KY.... to me he has speed?
Have good news on Robert Foster....Bucks are sitting pretty right now....couple that with my PSU counterpart telling me Malik Zaire told him that Foster and he (Zaire) want to go to the same school and that OSU leads for Zaire and things looke VERY good on Foster as of today
Alex: So much can change, but that is awesome news. It also seems we are in better position for Gibson than we were just a week or two ago.
2012 was the year of D linemen and LBers, 2013 can be all of our offensive weapons (Marshall, Foster, Gibson) and DBs. If we get a couple more o-line guys like we did this year, these two classes will complement each other very well.
Thanks Alex for that great little nugget, you have been doing a great job.
