Always amazed at how long coaches with that kind of a record can end up staying at Div3/Div2 schools rather than moving up.
I live close to Mount Union. Their local fanbase is so unbearable that I root for them to lose every single year. Every fall there are countless letters to the editor of the newspaper written by ignorant football fans praising the football team. Recently their was a few different comments made saying that Mount Union could beat Ohio State (and there was another one saying they could beat the Browns). The teams they play are glorified high school teams, kids that go to college to get an education that just want to keep playing football because they like it, whereas Mount gets players who couldn't qualify (or whatever reason) for DII or DI schools who decide to go to a team that has already gained national recognition.
