Funny as hell regardless of whether its politically correct or not...........

Battles are sometimes won by generals; wars are nearly always won by sergeants and privates. Football is no different, the guys down in the trenches win the games, not the coach.

Pretty sure it's fake.  Calm down.  I must say.....I found this really freakin funny.  Imagine if this is how they really reacted with O'Brien in the room with them.
