I wouldn't spend a third on him, possibly a fourth, but definitely a fifth. The Browns need more depth on the d-line, they have to shore up the right side of their o-line, they also need more linebackers too. The secondary could also use some help, hopefully they nab Whitner. Essentially they shouldn't spend a fourth on him, because this next draft will be huge for them, and they'd hopefully use their wealth of picks on players that will help make them better, instead of on a project qb like Pryor.

Pryor and Cribbs in the same backfield could be interesting.
The Browns need athletes, plus a guy that can play WR or QB may come in handy.
If they can get him for a fourth round pick, go for it. Mayyybe a third.

Mid to late round pick sounds about right for an athletic freakazoid with character concerns.
