Lawrence Marshall is #4 for 2014
Last November, 2014 Southfield (MI) DE Lawrence Marshall drove down from Michigan to Columbus to see the Wolverines take on the Buckeyes.
Today he decided he would actually like to play in that Game – for Ohio State – and confirmed his verbal committment to Derek.
Derek caught up with him a few weeks ago after Mike Vrabel formally extended a scholarship offer to him, and today he decided to become a part of Ohio State's 2014 class.
Marshall chooses Ohio State over offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee and numerous other Big Ten and BCS conference schools. Look for more news very soon when 11W catches up with the newest Buckeye again.

Holy crap, that highlight tape is impressive. He finishes like a monster. Watching him hit a QB or RB is like watching a great white shark at the point of impact with a seal. There's no hope of escape. Glad to have him aboard!

I had a feeling Trout would verbal...but Marshall is a huge get...his size combinded with his speed will help OSU out at either OLB or rush DE. This class may fill faster than I thought ;-)

My son is a sophmore and has a few friends that play on teh squad with him. Gives me a reason to get over to a game. (Sorry - growing up in Ohio with high level Ohio High school football makes me frustrated when I see the low quality of High School ball here in Michigan - hence we attend very few HS games LOL)
