Great poster! My only minor critique is that I had to take a few seconds for each teams logo to figure out who they were. That's probably what you were going for. Sorry to sound naggy. It's buriful.

I don't think we have to worry about someone stealing it. The reason we can't sell a poster like this is because we'd have to license the logos of every school involved. By the time we were finished paying royalties, we'd be in the red on each sale. :(
Alter the logo enough that it does not violate copyright laws, then it is all yours.
