Now that spring football has arrived, Ohio State released an updated roster with numbers for each of the team's new arrivals.
Ohio State opened spring practice on Tuesday, giving us our first look at the Buckeyes' newest faces, such as five-star wide receiver Chris Henry Jr. in No. 15, four-star running back Legend Bey in No. 2 and Alabama transfer defensive tackle James Smith in No. 3.

Kenyatta Jackson Jr. also has changed from No. 97 to No. 2, the same number Chase Young made famous at defensive end in 2019. Jackson is one of seven returning players to change his number, along with linebacker Riley Pettijohn (now No. 5), safety Jaylen McClain (No. 8), defensive end Zion Grady (No. 9), safety Leroy Roker (No. 10), defensive end Beau Atkinson (No. 12) and safety Deshawn Stewart (No. 29).
