The No. 1 Buckeyes and No. 2 Hoosiers will battle in Indianapolis with a conference title and No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff at stake. This is your one-stop hub for everything leading into kickoff — news, notes, previews, trailers, uniforms, predictions and more — as the Buckeyes and Hoosiers battle in Indianapolis.

Jayden Fielding misses a 27-yard chip shot

Ohio State went 81 yards in 14 plays to enter the Indiana red zone, but on the 15th play of the possession, Jayden Fielding's 27-yard kick went wide left, keeping the score at 13-10 Hoosiers.

Indiana Takes the Lead on Fantastic Catch by Elijah Sarratt

A 3rd-and-8 strike from Fernando Mendoza to Elijah Sarratt gave Indiana the lead after Sarratt made a fantastic catch through tight coverage by Jermaine Mathews Jr. for a 17-yard touchdown. The Hoosiers led 13-10, the first time Ohio State has trailed in the second half this season.

Indiana Wide Receiver Omar Cooper Jr. Questionable to Return

Indiana wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr., who leads the Hoosiers with 58 receptions and 804 receiving yards this season, left the Big Ten Championship Game in the first quarter due to an apparent ankle injury. Cooper went into the locker room with Indiana's medical staff and did not return to the field for the rest of the half.

Jeremiah Smith Becomes the Second Wide Receiver in School History to Post Back-to-Back 1,000-Yard Seasons

Julian Sayin found Jeremiah Smith for a 52-yard bomb in the second quarter, putting the sophomore over 1,000 receiving yards for the second year in a row. He became just the second player in school history to post back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons and the first to do it in his freshman and sophomore years.

Julian Sayin Scrambles, Finds Carnell Tate for Game's First Touchdown

Julian Sayin dropped back for a pass on 2nd-and-goal at the 9-yard line but initially found no one open. With some great protection from his offensive line, he scrambled out to his right and found wide receiver Carnell Tate open in the end zone while on the run to place Ohio State ahead 7-3 late in the first quarter.

Lorenzo Styles Jr., Davison Igbinosun Respond by Creating an Interception

Both defenses grabbed an interception to set their offenses up inside the opposing 25-yard line in the first quarter. On Indiana's third drive, Lorenzo Styles Jr. broke up a screen pass to the sideline, the ball ricocheted in the air and Davison Igbinosun hauled in the pick.

Indiana Picks Off Sayin, Draws First Blood

Julian Sayin forced a throw to Brandon Inniss on Ohio State's first drive to set Indiana up near the red zone, thought the Buckeyes' defense bowed its next in another sudden-change situation this season to hold the Hoosiers to a field goal.
