Former Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins was arrested on a domestic violence and battery charge in Broward County, Florida.

At 9 a.m. Saturday, Fort Lauderdale police officers responded to a call for a delayed battery, per the FLPD's public relations department. After conducting a preliminary investigation and interviewing the victim, they determined that Judkins had committed battery. Officers contacted him and placed him into custody, charging him with misdemeanor domestic battery. He is pending trial with a price for bond still to be set.

Judkins transferred to Ohio State from Ole Miss last season and rushed for 1,060 yards and 14 touchdowns for the 2024 national champions. The Cleveland Browns selected him No. 36 overall in the second round of the 2025 NFL draft. As of Saturday, Judkins' roster status remains that of an unsigned draft pick.

Judkins was born in Pike Road, Alabama and attended high school in the town before beginning his college career at Ole Miss in 2022. He is 21 years old.
