Two more former Ohio State players had their media sessions at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Former Ohio State defensive linemen Haskell Garrett and Tyreke Smith, who will both participate in the third day of workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine on Saturday, each fielded an array of questions – mostly from Ohio State reporters – about their careers in Columbus and what they’ll bring to the next level.

Garrett shed light on an ankle sprain he dealt with last season and also spoke about the adversity he overcame in 2020 when he was shot in the face, while Smith talked about playing with the flu against Michigan, what it meant to him to finish his career with a Rose Bowl win and why the College Football Playoff win over Clemson two years ago was his favorite moment of his Ohio State career.

Both players were also asked which defensive linemen they expect to step up for the Buckeyes next season, prompting both of them to hype up what Taron Vincent – among others – could do for Ohio State in 2022.

Watch the videos above and below to hear more of what Garrett and Smith had to say.
