It was a solid week for former Buckeyes at the next level. Marshon Lattimore and Curtis Samuel had big performances, while Billy Price's gritty grind-it-out attitude earned him a game ball from Bengals head coach Zac Taylor after a big win for Cincinnati.

Marshon Lattimore Dominates, Snares Interception

The Saints defeated the Bears yesterday in an overtime thriller, and one of the reasons was the outstanding play of Marshon Lattimore.

Lattimore had one interception (and dropped a second), and led the Saints with eight tackles (including one TFL) in the win. With the victory, the Saints improved to 5-2 and Lattimore showed once again that he is an elite NFL defensive back.

Billy Price Earns Game Ball After Solid Performance

In one of the more shocking games from Sunday, the Cincinnati Bengals earned their second win of the year, defeating the heavily-favored Tennessee Titans who came into the game 5-1.

What made it even more remarkable is that the Bengals, who are not exactly known for an imposing offensive line, were starting five backups along the front, including center Billy Price, a former first-round draft choice.

The patchwork offensive line held serve, however, as this was the first time all year that quarterback Joe Burrow was not sacked.

For his efforts on the field and off, Price was awarded a game ball this week as Bengals coach Zac Taylor said he admired how Price never gave up and is always ready for whatever the team needs from him.

Curtis Samuel Scores Twice For Panthers

The Panthers have been one of the NFL's more surprising teams this year under first-year head coach Matt Rhule, despite losing star running back Christian McCaffrey, and Curtis Samuel is one of the reasons why.

Both out of the backfield and as a receiver, Samuel is a weapon who can strike it big at any time.

Thursday, he had both a rushing and a receiving touchdown, showing his versatility.
