There was not much movement atop the college football playoff rankings this week, and as a result Ohio State remains No. 2 as the top-six went unchanged this week.

The Buckeyes still trail No. 1 LSU and sit just in front of No. 3 Clemson and No. 4 Georgia ahead of this week's matchup with Penn State.

The Nittany Lions checked in at No. 8 in the latest rankings, setting up a top-10 showdown in Columbus this weekend.
