Ohio State took down Oklahoma 45-24 in a tough contest on the road Saturday night. The Associated Press rewarded the Buckeyes for their victory with a No. 2 spot in the AP Top 25. Ohio State, previously ranked No. 3, moved up one spot this week. Oklahoma, however, fell from No. 14 to the very bottom of the list at 25.

To no surprise, Alabama stayed steady at No. 1 after a close call with Ole Miss. Florida State dropped from No. 2 to No. 13 after getting a 63-20 beatdown from Louisville, who moved up to the No. 3 spot.

The Big Ten has five teams ranked in the top 25 this week, losing Iowa after a loss to an FCS school but gaining Nebraska at No. 20 after a victory over Oregon.

Ohio State will have a bye week next Saturday before returning to the Shoe October 1 to take on Rutgers.
