Bri'onte Dunn lost the privilege to call himself an Ohio State football player Monday evening, when head coach Urban Meyer dismissed him from the program for a violation of team rules.

Meyer did not specify which rule the fifth-year senior running back broke, but details emerged Dunn allegedly hit and choked his girlfriend. That is one of Meyer's cardinal offenses, which are posted on the wall in big bold letters of Ohio State's locker room inside the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.

Dunn's girlfriend called 911 in the 5 a.m. hour Sunday to report the alleged incident. That audio can be heard above. Here is a transcript of its main points, which were first reported by Laura Borchers of WBNS-10TV Columbus.

"He hit me the first time at 4:40. I left," the alleged victim said to dispatchers. "Then I was just calling my friend and see if I could sleep somewhere and nobody answered. So I made a circle back around and came back here and he was still here. So I came upstairs and I said you need to leave before I call the cops. He saw that I had my phone out cause I was going to try to record it because this isn’t the first time that this has happened and that’s when he started going crazy."

"My boyfriend hit me really bad."

"My lip is bleeding and I have a black eye."

Below is the full report from the Columbus Police Department, both of which were obtained by Eleven Warriors via public records request. The CPD referred the case to the city prosecutor's office, which explains why it didn't arrest Dunn or press charges.

The audio clip and police report have been edited to protect Dunn and his girlfriend's personal information.
