Ohio State's fall camp opens two weeks from Monday, but that doesn't mean it's time for Buckeye players to rest and recuperate before the real work begins at defending the 2014 national championship.

Following an afternoon workout at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, presumed starting cornerback Gareon Conley thought he'd try to catch a football all while doing a backflip. Thanks to Braxton Miller's Instagram page, we now know that he can definitely in fact do that. (WARNING: NSFW language is present)

That's Marshon Lattimore with the toss, which was rather spot on.

Maybe Conley got the idea from Devin Smith, who did the same thing on a beach over the weekend.

We're not sure how this translates to the football field, but it is impressive nonetheless.
