Keenan Bailey has landed his first commitment as Ohio State's tight ends coach.

Four-star Tennessee prospect Max LeBlanc became Ohio State's first tight end commitment of the 2024 class when he gave his verbal commitment to the Buckeyes on Saturday. The 6-foot-4, 222-pound prospect picked OSU over Michigan, North Carolina and Tennessee.

LeBlanc earned his Ohio State offer on Jan. 24 and took his first visit to Columbus on March 30.

With LeBlanc in the fold, OSU now has 11 commits and remains at No. 2 in the 247Sports national class rankings. OSU has been searching for a two tight end class for quite some time, and the 2024 cycle is no different. Following LeBlanc's commitment, OSU will continue the pursuit of its top remaining tight end target, four-star Ohio prospect Damarion Witten.

Last season for Baylor High School (Chattanooga, Tennessee), the 6-foot-4, 233-pound LeBlanc caught 39 passes for 695 yards and three touchdowns. He was often utilized as a wide receiver, lining up primarily in the slot and on the outside. On running plays, LeBlanc was also deployed in a traditional tight end position on the line of scrimmage and used as a run blocker.
