It’s been a big week for Ohio State’s recruiting class of 2024, and the members of that class reacted accordingly after the newest addition to the class on Saturday night.

Georgia quarterback Air Noland became the third top-100 prospect to commit to the Buckeyes this week, joining Texas running back James Peoples and Indiana wide receiver Mylan Graham, when he announced his decision to become a Buckeye on Saturday night.

His announcement was immediately met with celebratory Twitter reactions from just about all of the other members of Ohio State’s 2024 class, including five-star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith and offensive linemen Ian Moore, Deontae and Devontae Armstrong and Marc Nave.

Also including the Armstrong twins, Ohio State has now landed five commitments in the last two weeks, and the members of the class are expecting more to join them soon.

Two players Ohio State is hoping will be among the next to join the class are in-state defensive backs Bryce West and Reggie Powers, and both of them took notice of Noland’s decision when it happened.

2024 running back Stacy Gage, 2024 tight end Max LeBlanc and 2025 tight end Emaree Winston, all of whom have offers from the Buckeyes, also took notice of Noland’s commitment.

Ohio State’s official Twitter account – which has started sending celebratory tweets after each commitment since Michigan did so for Jordan Marshall’s commitment in March – celebrated with a GIF of C.J. Stroud, while offensive coordinator Brian Hartline, quarterbacks coach Corey Dennis and numerous other staffers also chimed in with their own reactions.

Several current Ohio State players also took to Twitter to celebrate Noland’s commitment, including incoming freshman wide receiver Brandon Inniss and veteran running back Miyan Williams.
