North Carolina hasn't been the team most expected to see through its first 10 games.

The Tar Heels, who entered the season No. 1 in the AP Top 25, have lost four of their past five games after finishing the 2021-22 season as the national runner-ups in the NCAA Tournament.

But Chris Holtmann, whose Buckeyes take on UNC in the CBS Sports Classic at 3 p.m. Saturday at Madison Square Garden in New York City, isn't taking the Tar Heels lightly. In fact, the Ohio State coach thinks North Carolina could make another deep run in the Big Dance this year, despite its slow start to the season.

"They've got another team that can get to a Final Four," Holtmann said Monday. "There's no question."

Holtmann said there is no immediate update on the status of starting guard Isaac Likekele, who missed Thursday's Rutgers game to attend to a "tragic" situation with friends and family members in Texas, or Eugene Brown (concussion).

Check out everything Holtmann said during his Monday interview at the Schott above.
